Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Technology or equivalent
• 5 years or above experience in chemical laboratory
• Experienced in chemical testing using AAS, ICP, GCMS, and other analytical instrumentation
• Supervising experience preferred
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Familiar with Chemical Laboratory Accreditation (HOKLAS) requirements

Reponsibilities:

• Perform analytical chemical testing and review testing report
• Develop and implement quality system and chemical testing procedures
• Supervise subordinates to meet the company goals
• Maintain the facilities in a good and safe condition
• Continuously improve the laboratory in the technical and administrative areas

No. 34 Chemist/Assistant Chemist (REF:CT-KC-3008)

• 5 days per week

Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Chemistry, Analytical Science, Chemical Technology, or other related disciplines
• Excellent in spoken English and Cantonese are essential & Putonghua is preferred
• Familiar in Microsoft Word and Excel
• With experience in estimation of measurement uncertainty is preferred
• At least 2 years of laboratory experience in testing heavy metal, with an emphasis on instrumentation such as AA, ICP, XRF, etc. and other related laboratory equipment
• Good communication skills, proactive, detail mind

Reponsibilities:

• Supervise subordinates and review their job performance
• Maintain the safety of laboratory & monitor the operations of laboratory equipment
• Develop and follow laboratory standard operating procedures
• Candidate with less related experience and qualification may be considered as Assistant Chemist
• Responsible for testing and evaluation of various consumer products, prepare testing report
